MW Property Solutions was born from something surprisingly simple: people kept asking to work with us.
Between us, we have more than 45 years of combined experience in the property industry, much of it spent working within some of London's leading estate agencies. Over the years, we've sold, let, negotiated and advised through almost every kind of market. Although being honest, the part of the job we've always valued most has been the relationships we've built along the way.
Clients came back. They recommended us to friends and family. Previous clients tracked us down when it was time to move again. And increasingly, people weren't choosing the company name above the door..
They were choosing us.
Eventually, we asked ourselves the obvious question…
If people want to work with us, why not build something of our own?
And that's how MW Property Solutions began.
We wanted to take everything we'd learned from decades within the industry and combine it with something larger agencies can sometimes lose, genuine personal accountability.
No passing you from department to department. No corporate targets dictating the advice we give. No disappearing once the instruction is won.

Property has always been more than a career for Mark, it’s something that has been part of his life for decades.
After building his career in the London property market, Mark went on to establish and run his own successful estate agency in Canary Wharf for 12 years, experiencing first hand what it takes to build a business, earn clients’ trust and navigate one of the most competitive property markets in the world.
A move to Majorca offered the opportunity for a different pace of life, but it also made one thing very clear… Property was still in his heart and London was still home.
Returning to the industry wasn’t simply about going back to what he knew. It was about taking everything he had learned over the years and doing it his own way again, with experience, straight talking advice and personal service at the centre of it.
MW Property Solutions represents the next chapter. An independent brokerage built around relationships rather than numbers and one Mark is especially proud to be building alongside his daughter.
For Mark, MW is the opportunity to bring everything full circle. Returning to the industry and city he knows best, while building a business alongside his daughter that reflects everything he believes estate agency should be.
